What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with maintaining order and security-related operations.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel or law enforcement as needed.

Assist visitors, staff, and / or patients with directions and general inquiries, maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.

Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client-specific guidelines while performing assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
