Requirements : The Big Tasks!
Train, improve and develop processes for a group of top-of-class plumbers.Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the plumbing service department.Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.Work closely with Operations Manager to achieve sales goals.Coach, motivate and train the plumbing team to exceed team and individual goals.Communicate and align with other departments and functions.Mentor and develop the plumbers and dispatchers to ensure appropriate sales metrics.Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.Helping trainees become licensed- mentoring.Manage schedule along with the dispatch department to help meet demand of company goals.Desired Skills and Experience
2 years+ in a supervisory or managerial role.Licensed Plumber is a plus!Plumbing knowledge is a plus!Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).At Cranney Home Services you will be appreciated by your team, our customers, and have a direct impact on the success of the entire organization.
