Caribou, Maine Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens Opportunity

Full-Time | Day Shifts + Call | Starting March 2026

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Board-Certified Anesthesiologist (ABA) for a locum tenens opportunity in Caribou, Maine . This assignment offers consistent weekday scheduling, diverse case exposure, and the chance to join a collaborative anesthesia team in a respected community hospital setting.

Assignment Highlights

Location :   Caribou, Maine

Start Date : March 2026 (credentialing 6–12 weeks)

Contract Type : Locum Tenens

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Day shifts + daily call rotation

Travel : Flights, rental car, and housing provided

Clinical Details

Practice Model : 1 MD supervising 5 CRNAs

Primary Responsibilities : Supervision with some solo cases

Case Mix : General Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics, OB / GYN, Ophthalmology, and Dental

Regional Blocks : Yes – proficiency required

OB Coverage : Yes

EMR : CPSI / Thrive + Paper Charting

Facility Size : 49 inpatient beds, 6 ORs

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification : ABA (required)

Licensure : Active or eligible Maine medical license

Experience : Minimum 2 years post-training preferred

Certifications : ACLS and BLS required
