The Client Services Ambassador (CSA) (On-Call) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to the public and representing our company in a positive and professional manner. As a Client Services Ambassador, you will be a brand representative, who creates a welcoming environment, provides educational resources, and a personal touch to each client's experience. The Client Services Ambassador must always represent Viticus Group in a professional manner when interacting with co-workers and clients.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setting up name badges, making copies, grabbing beverages and snacks, ensuring a pleasant experience
• Act as a concierge for guests by providing transportation services as needed, including arranging cabs, Lyft etc.
• Monitor the event calendar, plan event needs in advance, and ensure all necessary staff are scheduled
• Ensure all meals are set on time and communicate any changes to the caterers and clients
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients via email and phone, ensuring effective business relationships
