Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed dealership objectives or goals
  • Works with the customer to find concerns to repair vehicles
  • Explain mechanical diagnosis and repairs in a non-technical manner to customers
  • Continually learn new technical information and techniques to adapt to changing environment
  • Handle telephone inquiries for schedule and work in process, as well as customer concerns

Qualifications

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks
  • Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Pass drug test
  • Organized and has functional computer skills
  • X-Time experience preferred
