Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Overview : This is a fast-paced management position in one of ComplexCare Solutions' (CCS) most critical Product areas and Analytics. The Senior Manager, Software Engineering requires strong technical capabilities plus an instinctive, problem-solving mentality and experience conceptualizing and creating out-of-the-box solutions. Working in an Agile environment with large datasets and advanced analytics, this position is engaged in continuous optimization and refactoring and promoting an upbeat and effective team environment within the fast-growing IT Healthcare Informatics industry.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development and deployment of CCS's Cloud-based Product Platform in accordance with CCS's agile development methodology.
• Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products and services of CCS to achieve product development and functionality requirements.
• Manage and coordinate on-shore and off-shore staff required for the achievement of CCS's technology initiatives, operations and functionality.
• Successfully drive implementation of technical solutions, ensuring that best practices for architecture, design and development are in place.
• Provide oversight of assigned technology team, adherence to development timelines and accountability to product designer technical specification needs.
• Implement a well-designed plan with clear, realistic objectives which deliver on customer commitments as set forth by the business development and product teams.
• Allocate team members and resources effectively and act as a buffer between the team and distracting influences, removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver each sprint's goal.
• Provide input to employee goals, reviews and ranking exercises and actively mentor engineers.
• Maintain high level of quality and performance in a massively parallel processing (MPP) architecture.
• Maintain compliance with CCS's policies, procedures and mission statement.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within CCS's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
• Fulfill those responsibilities and / or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
• Uphold responsibilities relating to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At ComplexCare Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range

$151,800 — $170,000 USD
