Financial Controller - Up to $125k + Bonus

Location : Portland, TN area (Fully Onsite)

Compensation : Up to $125K + Bonus

About the Role :

We're seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance operations for a growing IT company. This is a key leadership position with direct exposure to executive management and a clear path to CFO.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership on strategic financial initiatives and growth planning.
