Looking for a long-term babysitter / nanny

We’re a young professional family looking for a reliable, energetic babysitter to care for our two kids Monday–Friday from approx 4 : 00–8 : 00PM and someone flexible who can also help on sick days, school holidays, and occasional weekends (Saturdays, some Sundays, or Friday date nights).Responsibilities include light tidying before we arrive, then managing dinner, bath time, and a bit of kindergarten workbook practice and bedtime.Looking for someone long-term who can grow with our family and provide dependable support during busy times.
