Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Performance and Analytics (P&A) Lead to support a 24 / 7 technical operations environment that manages and maintains a large-scale, nationwide IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the performance and analytics functions, applying both government and industry standards and best practices to improve system and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead P&A functions in a mission-critical environment by applying performance metrics, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify opportunities for operational enhancement.
  • Design and implement systems and procedures to streamline work processes and improve productivity.
  • Perform work simplification and measurement studies to identify efficiencies.
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to support improved management and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience serving as a team lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Demonstrated experience in performance analysis, operations optimization, and procedural documentation.
  • Certification in at least one of the following :
  • CCIE
  • CCNP
  • CISSP (or equivalent)
  • RCSP
  • MCITP or MCSE
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

    Physical and Mental Qualifications :

  • Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
  • Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
