Responsibilities:

o Build a client base by growing relationships with your network and developing knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends.

o Educate yourself through sponsored licensing, registration, and ongoing development.

o Use proprietary technology, reporting tools, and illustrations to educate clients on potential financial plans.

o Present clients with opportunities to protect and prosper, driving them to action through expert influence and recommendations.

o Take ownership of the development and management of your business, mastering your craft and building a team.

o Review and maintain client financial plans, providing optimal advice based on their needs.
