Responsibilities :

Provide Companionship

Assist in Activities of Daily Living

Medication Administration including insulin injection

Community Integration

Safety

Transportation (based on client)

What we are looking for :

Experience with older adults experiencing dementia

Knowledge of diabetes and administering insulin

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate

Access to reliable transportation

18 years of age and older
