Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional care and promote a supportive environment focused on the health, comfort, and overall happiness of our residents.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Lead and supervise a dedicated team of nurses and support staff within the unit\n
• Create and execute individualized care plans for residents\n
• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation\n
• Perform regular assessments to uphold quality standards and compliance\n
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing personnel\n

• Valid RN nursing license for your state\n
• Preferred advanced degree or certification\n
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, ideally in a Long-Term Care environment\n
• Empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on the aged and chronically ill\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, and organizational skills\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
