With operations across multiple states and a proven, client-first approach, the firm is now hiring a remote Associate Attorney based in Iowa to support continued growth.

Position : Associate Attorney

Location : Fully Remote (Must reside in Iowa)

Compensation : $80,000–$95,000 + Full Benefits

Bar Admission : Must be licensed and in good standing with the Iowa Bar

Experience : 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

About the Role :

This is a rare opportunity for attorneys who want to make a real difference—without the pressures of billable hours, client origination, or partnership tracks. You'll receive a full remote setup, structured mentorship, and a steady stream of meaningful work from day one.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage cases from intake through resolution

Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel

Handle matters involving financial hardship, debt collection, or tenant issues

Track and manage case progress using a Salesforce-based system

Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support teams

What You Won't Do :

No billable hour requirements

No business development or sales

No chasing clients or generating your own caseload

No nights or weekends—work a standard 9-to-6 schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Iowa Bar license and current residency in Iowa

1–2 years of relevant legal experience in litigation or negotiation

Background in consumer law, personal injury, or financial services preferred

Organized, empathetic, and committed to helping individuals through challenging situations

Not running a side practice—this is a full-time role
