What You'll Do :

• Greet and assist prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
• Conduct engaging property tours tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolutions.
• Process applications, verify references, and manage credit / background checks.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and occupancy reports.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellport, NY.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
