A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Industry Coach to support students on their educational journey. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one online video sessions with students to discuss career goals and strategies for success in tech-focused roles Provide industry insights and actionable feedback to enhance student application of skills and readiness Foster a supportive relationship that motivates students to pursue their goals with confidence Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years' experience in Cybersecurity Proficiency in Networking, Linux and Windows Systems, Web Vulnerabilities, and Security Certifications (Security+ and CEH) Technical ability to configure virtual machines with Virtual Box and VMWare Prior experience in mentorship, coaching, or professional development Strong ability to connect with students and provide clear, actionable guidance
