Opportunity : NP-Hospitalist APP

This is a casual position for a Nurse Practitioner to join the hospitalist team, covering one weekend per month. The role offers flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Job Details :

• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills
• Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• Patient load averages 8-10 patients per shift
• No procedures required
• Flexible scheduling, covering one weekend a month
• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution
• Ideal candidate will have adult geriatric acute care certification and / or strong clinical background in acute care
• Current licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner in appropriate states
• Current certification in CPR and ACLS required
• Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice
