Forensics Engineer

Job Description

A multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Forensics Engineer for their growing office in New York City!

Responsibilities :

• Conduct residential and commercial forensic investigations to analyze / determine structural damage for insurance companies, attorneys, private homeowners and property owners
• Investigate and assess damage due to catastrophes
• Prove evaluations are correct by researching technical publications and literature
• Apply engineering principles and practices in accordance with codes and industry standards
• Provide client with detailed forensic engineering reports outlining cause and origin of damage
• Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines
• Provide clients and team with timelines and project updates

Experience :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
