Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for all students. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. Assess and record students? progress and provide grades and feedback. Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school. Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs and student organizations. Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings. Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events. Strong understanding of curriculum and teaching methods specific to elementary education. Ability to engage children and facilitate active learning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
