The ability to provide bedside shift reports and maintain accurate patient updates is required. Compliance with attendance policies and hospital guidelines is expected. Professional appearance is important, and specific dress code policies regarding scrubs, hair, and body art are in place. Floating to other ICU areas may occur based on volume and acuity needs.
