About The Position

Orthopedic Hospitalist Opportunity in NE Arkansas

Join an Orthopedic team in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where you'll have the opportunity to manage acute care orthopedics and trauma cases in a patient-centered environment. With a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and access to modern equipment, this role offers a great work-life balance and the chance to collaborate with a supportive medical staff.

Practice Setting :

Join a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons in a high-volume, supportive hospital environment
Work with state-of-the-art equipment, including 4 Da Vinci systems, and updated operating rooms
Flexible clinic time for consults and follow-ups with your patients
Friendly, established, and highly skilled medical staff to support your practice

Schedule :

10 shifts per month, with the option to split days for added flexibility

Shifts taken from home, within 15 minutes of the hospital

Weekday shifts focus on ER call coverage and patient management in the clinic

Designated clinic space for orthopedic hospitalists to ensure dedicated time for patient care

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive 2-year guaranteed salary with additional earning potential
