Community Hospital.Dates / Coverage Needed : 10 / 20-10 / 24 and 12 / 8-12 / 12. Non-call provider works Monday-Friday 7 am - 3 pm. The call doc finishes at 7 pm and takes a 12-hour call that night & has post-day call off. Support Staff / Supervision : Will direct / supervise CRNAs and must be willing to perform all cases.Case Mix : General, Ortho, GI, EP, ENT, Cardiac, IR - 14% is cardiac cases.Credentialing Time-Frame : 8-12 weeksActive KS License : Highly preferred upfrontCertifications : ACLS, BLS, PALSThe Independence Difference : Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
