Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee the client team to ensure value and insights are delivered Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility Conduct monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management Required Qualifications Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; master's degree or CPA preferred 10 years of experience at Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus Firm understanding of US GAAP accounting and sales tax liability management
