Kelly is partnering with Johnson & Johnson to find a Patient Experience & Delivery Co-Op in Raritan, NJ. Join a leading healthcare company driving transformative solutions across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and corporate operations. As a Patient Experience & Delivery Co-Op, you will support the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team by leveraging data, analytics, and project management to improve operations and patient outcomes. Location - On-Site / Flex per J&J Policy (3 Days Office) Pay - $26.00 - $28.00 hourly Schedule - Monday Friday 8am-4pm Assignment Duration : 6 months

Qualifications
Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA program; minimum GPA 3.4; completed at least one undergraduate year. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities. Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel. Interest in using technology and data to solve business problems. Strong organizational and communication skills.
