Location : Fairfield, IA

Schedule : Part-Time | 16 hours / week

Shifts : Various day shifts based on client needs

First Resources Corp. is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Hourly Services team in Fairfield. In this role, you'll support individuals in achieving greater independence and fulfillment by helping them reach their personal goals in daily living, emotional wellness, health, and community engagement.

    What You'll Do

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks (e.g., hygiene, meals, errands, community activities)
  • Support medication administration and medical appointments
  • Help individuals build skills in cooking, cleaning, coping, and community integration
  • Perform two-person transfers and use of Hoyer lifts as needed
  • Follow Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP) and document progress
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

    • What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of DSP or CNA experience (preferred, but not required-training provided)
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule and fill in as needed
