Territory Sales Manager - Pacific Northwest

Base salary range : $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
Territory Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest is responsible for selling and representing Ansell products and services to the acute care market (acute care and surgery center settings) throughout Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, North and South Dakota.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop and close new business opportunities within acute care settings.
- Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline to achieve territories sales objectives.
- Build executive sponsorship and secure executive support for Ansell solution value proposition.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Travel regularly across the Northwest territory to initiate, develop and close sales opportunities.
- Compile monthly reporting dashboards in Salesforce to analyze business health in terms of sales vs. budget / forecast, and progress against growth targets.
- Serve current client base at the end‑user and distributor levels and nurture integrated delivery network (IDN) and regional purchasing coalition (RPC) accounts.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in acute care or operating room / healthcare environment.Proven track record of territory sales strategy execution and achieving revenue targets.Strong knowledge and experience managing strategic accounts and executing territory sales strategies.Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solution highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.Flexible and hybrid work model is preferred; regular travel within the Northwest territory is required.Benefits & Opportunities
