Ring is looking for a Sr. Product Delivery Manager to help our multi-site device hardware / software development teams deliver highly cross-functional products and accessories. You will work closely with our Monitoring and Accessories team to plan and coordinate the execution of complex business needs while simultaneously keeping your team focused on meeting their own commitments.
You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive of and design innovative products as well as maintain existing platforms. Sr. Product Delivery Manager at Ring must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities defining processes that improve execution championing Engineering best practices executing with agility and succeeding in a complex and fast paced environment. As a Device Launch Sr. Product Delivery Manager you will manage all system software aspects and cross-functional dependencies of a product development and launch. Key job responsibilities
Own end to end Accessory product development from concept to launch
Collaborate with Business Engineering and other internal teams to solve business needs
Work with remote and multi-site teams to develop and deploy related software & hardware components
Communicate regularly with senior management on status risks and change control
Be expected to dive deep into the technical details of the program
Dive deep in dissecting and resolving customer reported technical issues
Proactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
