We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnoses, therapy, and treatment planning for clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each client receives the care and support they need.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations across all age groups.
• Develop individualized, therapy-focused treatment plans within the first 30 days of service.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy with documented progress and treatment plan reviews.
• Offer individual and group supervision to care coordinators and other field personnel as needed.
• Monitor and justify continued services through thorough chart reviews.
• Develop and implement safety plans when appropriate.
• Collaborate with medication providers and care coordinators to coordinate care and track progress.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation for all client interactions on a weekly basis.
• Facilitate training to staff to enhance skills provision three times a year

Qualifications :

Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Active clinical license (LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, LCSW, LCPC)

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Experience in individual therapy and treatment planning.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
