Position Summary : The Clinical Esthetics & Client Services Manager (CEM / CSM) is a hybrid leadership role responsible for overseeing both the client experience and the medical aesthetics department. As the Client Services Manager, you are the primary provider of all client consultations, ensuring each individual receives expert education, tailored treatment planning, and a seamless introduction into our service offerings. As the Clinical Esthetics Manager, you serve as the main point of contact for injectable and medical weight loss clients, working closely with nurse injectors, medical providers, and the Clinic Director to deliver exceptional care and drive performance. This role plays a key part in meeting clinic sales goals, enhancing team motivation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all client touch points. Education and Experience :
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Advanced Aesthetics license preferred Essential Skills and Abilities :

- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and all Google Drive functions / applications
- Ability to set a consistent positive and motivating tone with team members

- Ability to build client relations Responsibilities as CEM :
- Manage and grow the injectable business for clinic location
- Convert injectable and consultation clients into product sales, services, and memberships
- Track new clients and update leads
- Conduct targeted outreach via text campaigns and follow ups
- Shadow the injector's schedule and engage with all injection clients as well as providing pricing information
- Collaborate effectively with all injectors to maintain consistent processes
- Prepare and stock treatment rooms; review daily goals with injector before shift
- Educate clients on membership balances and rewards points
- Manage the injectable schedule for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
- Ensure exceptional service and follow through on all client concerns
- Log daily sales in proper spreadsheets
- Attend and participate in weekly / monthly team meetings Responsibilities as CSM :
- Develop, maintain and implement the practice of strategic goals and objectives
- Conduct sales consultations including LHR, Skin Profiles, CoolSculpting and Tattoo Removal
- Oversee individual and clinic sales reporting along with your Clinic Director
- Write weekly motivational sales updates to the team
- Perform outreach and follow ups using text campaigns
- Identify training opportunities and needs to communicate with Clinic Director
- Ensure overall customer service satisfaction
- Maintain an understanding of all products and services offered by NIMA
- Attend and participate in weekly / monthly team meetings Schedule :
- Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule must be flexible with some evening and Saturday availability Compensation and Benefits :
