Schedule : 24 hour call, As soon as possible - ongoing

Practice Setting : hospital

Types of Cases : general obstetrics and gynecology

&bull

Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days

&bull

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic

&bull

Certifications Required : must be board certified

&bull

Licensure Required : must have an active New York License
