About the Role

As a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist you will engage directly with potential residential customers at their homes to sell Kinetic internet products and services. You will build rapport, understand needs, and communicate the value and benefits of the offerings. You will work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.

We prioritize your comfort year-round—air-conditioned vehicles, cooling towels, popsicles, chilled water in hot summer days, and cozy beanies, hand warmers, and hot cocoa in winter.

What You'll Do

• You will sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location.
• You will use a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, building a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected.
• You will participate in our dynamic 5-week Sales Residency program that equips you with essential skills and industry knowledge. We provide a company-owned air-conditioned vehicle and a one-week onsite training and coaching event.

Do You Have

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

You will earn a total sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed in installments : $1,000 upon completing the 5-week residency, $2,000 at the 6-month milestone, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service. The offer is available to new employees only and requires you to be employed and in good standing at the time of each payout.
