Job descriptionProvide outpatient care for both adult and pediatric patients Manage a 50 / 50 split of family medicine and behavioral health cases Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including the Medical Director and 10 medical assistants Deliver care in accordance with current clinical guidelines and protocols Document all patient encounters and clinical findings accurately Observe all practice policies, procedures, and patient privacy regulations Indiana nurse practitioner license required Board certification in Family Medicine required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DEA certification required 2-3 years of experience preferred; behavioral health experience also preferred Office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Whether you need long term coverage for your practice, short term vacation coverage, or anything in between – you can trust Barton Associates to provide the flexible staffing solutions your organization needs to thrive. This full-time opportunity features weekday day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or call. The role involves caring for both adults and children in an outpatient setting with a balanced mix of family medicine and behavioral health cases.
