    • Promote and model a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.
    • Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
    • Promptly report and document all incidents; notify appropriate personnel and coordinate medical attention as needed.
    • Lead by example, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
    • Support and develop strong leadership at all levels, including weekend coverage.
    • Participate in and support weekend leadership rotations to ensure consistent oversight and operational continuity.
    • Promote clear communication, ownership, and alignment across all shifts.
    • Build and maintain a well-trained, high-performing team.
    • Provide structured training for new and existing Maintenance Technicians to ensure consistent performance and reduce downtime.
    • Develop, communicate, and implement SOPs and training tools to elevate individual and team capabilities.
    • Continuously review and update the skill matrix to identify gaps and support cross-training and career development.
    • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
    • Partner with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to align on shared goals and drive results.
    • Support open communication and effective problem-solving across departments.
    • Drive production performance and operational excellence.
    • Ensure efficient and consistent operation of all production lines through hands-on training and regular follow-up.
    • Monitor team and individual performance to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and control labor costs.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor and enforce adherence to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
    • Collaborate with QA to ensure customer specifications are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Proactively identify and resolve potential food safety or quality concerns.
    • Uphold a customer-focused mindset.
    • Strive to deliver quality products that meet customer expectations.
    • Ensure production areas are maintained in a state of audit readiness at all times.
    • Other Responsibilities and Skills Needed :
    • Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; responds well to questions. Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
    • Bi-lingual preferred but not required

    • Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
    • Must be willing to work weekends when needed
    • Computer skills – ability to learn specific software programs (Plex) to access paperwork, program equipment for running specific products, produce labels, etc.
    • Excellent mechanical aptitude is needed
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint a plus
    • This position will ensure that all staff are informed of their food safety and regulatory responsibilities, are aware of their role in meeting the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing, and are informed of their responsibility to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

      Pay : From $90,000.00 per year
