We are seeking an experienced Account Processor to join our client in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry with direct involvement in commission processing. This role focuses on assisting with the management of compensation and referral systems, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of compensation and commissions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing client compensation and referral systems.Process compensation and commissions accurately and in a timely manner.Analyze and resolve commission-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to complex commission processing problems.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding compensation inquiries.Utilize Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel, to analyze data and generate reports.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.
