Location : Minooka, IL Shift : TuesdaySaturday, 7 : 30 AM4 : 00 PM Pay Range : $18 per hour

About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Support Department. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to deliveries and services
• Monitor delivery routes to ensure timely completion
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accurate recordkeeping
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently
