Program Manager II - EdTech

A company is looking for a Program Manager II - Communities (EdTech).

Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence and build workstreams for programmatic delivery in education

Mentor junior Program Managers and represent the program management team in cross-functional discussions

Develop and own communication plans, project documentation, and track metrics for program performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role

Five years of relevant business experience within SaaS, Operations, or Program Management

Three years of experience in the edtech industry supporting educational stakeholders

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in money movement and payment processing, is preferred

Experience leading complex initiatives and mentoring junior Program Managers is preferred
