Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to Members, guiding them through their healthcare experiences Provide motivation, support, and comprehensive assistance, including education and referrals Connect with Members across various communication channels to build trusting relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health, education, social work, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service or patient-facing roles in healthcare Intermediate understanding of the healthcare system and health insurance Experience with benefits navigation in a call center environment Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
