Construction Counsel

A company is looking for a Construction Counsel to work part-time on a remote basis for a 6-month term.

Key Responsibilities

Support office expansion projects, including new floor build-outs and temporary space

Review and negotiate construction and design contracts, particularly AIA contracts

Provide legal guidance on commercial real estate matters

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in construction law

Strong transactional experience with construction / design projects

Familiarity with AIA contracts

Ability to operate independently with limited oversight

Background in general commercial contracting is a plus
