A well-established, holistic financial planning firm with $650M+ in AUM is hiring multiple Advisors to support growth across key markets. This partnership-focused role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned advisors in a collaborative, client-first environment. The firm delivers comprehensive services, including retirement income planning, advanced tax strategies, legacy and estate planning, insurance optimization, and investment and portfolio risk management.
Responsibilities :
Manage client relationships following the firm's philosophies, values, and Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
Work closely with an assigned service advisor and centralized financial / tax planning teams
Convert 5-8 qualified first appointments weekly (provided by the firm) and onboard new clients
Leverage workshop / webinar content to engage prospects effectively
Identify business development opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance firm processes and client experience
Stay current on industry trends and continually adopt new tools and resources
Provide ongoing client service and maintain deep knowledge of client needs and situations
Requirements : Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Advisor experience (hybrid RIA experience preferred)
Series 65 and life / health insurance licenses required
CFP preferred; ChFC or CRPC also valued
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Riskalyze, Moneytree, Tax Clarity, RightCapital
Experience with fixed index annuity products
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills; virtual selling experience required
Demonstrated career stability, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth
The compensation for this role includes a base salary projection between $100,000-125,000, along with commissions on AUM plus insurances business. Of note, the goal would be to ramp up and transition to commission-only in 15-18 months. In addition, this position offers health insurance and other benefits.
