Schedule

Shifts are available in 10 and 12-hour blocks, starting at either 06 : 45 or 09 : 00. Responsibilities include on-call requirements of one weeknight every other week and one or two weekends every six weeks, with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team in a 225-bed specialty care hospital. The role involves providing care primarily in the operating room, catering to a diverse patient population including geriatrics, adults, and occasionally pediatrics. This position requires a fast-paced, team-oriented nurse with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures, including General, Urology, GYN, Neuro, Ortho, basic ENT, and basic vascular surgeries.
• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing surgery.
• Maintain a sterile environment and support surgical teams during operations.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication with interdisciplinary team members.
