Location : Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation : Starting at $25.90 / hour

Shift : 1st shift; 6 : 54AM-3 : 12PM plus overtime

We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) to join our team in Enamel Shop. We offer a diverse of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence : Your Responsibilities

Handle, prepare, and inspect / pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.

Additional duties include driving PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program the enameling robots.

Learn plate number and identify colors.

Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.

Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.

Must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware.

Skills / Requirements

Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Capability : Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
