In the role of Mid-Atlantic Area Professional Services Manager, we'll count on you to :

• Be responsible to the Area Manager to develop, coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of area staff and products to meet client needs and market drivers.
• Lead and monitor development and training of area staff in technical and business competencies.
• Oversee workload balancing and ensure qualified staffing of project teams. Lead quality assurance efforts to implement QA / QC Program activities striving for continuous improvement.
• Monitor project QC Review activities including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers.
• Lead and monitor activities for continuous improvement including development and use of technical standards, procedures, best practices and lessons learned.
• Lead and participate in project reviews and support project teams with management of claims and losses.
• Lead the Area mentoring initiative.
• Oversee technical and digital delivery evolution, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Work with AM to streamline and coordinate business processes consistent with Area, corporate policy and MOA.
• Oversee and ensure implementation of quality, standards, and best practices.
• Provide leadership to assigned business class leaders, including the cross-sector leaders.
• Collaborate with Area operations, market sectors, business classes, and delivery leaders.
• Participate in Area strategic planning and plan implementation.
• Support area activities related to hiring and retaining key staff.
• Serve as a champion for BGX opportunities.
• Support communication and coordination within all business groups.
• Perform other duties as needed

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Fulton, MD : $135,727 - $193,895. Washington, DC : $171,444 - $244,920
