Job descriptionMonday - Friday 7am - 3pm; Night Call 3pm - 7am available; 24hr weekend call SAT & SUN available; MUST accept all dates within the Mon-Fri block The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision. Physician must work Monday Friday assignment blocks 7am - 3-pm; no call, no weekends Active IN State License or IMLC. Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible. Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : More than 2 years Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption. Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption. Certifications : ACLS, BLS. Do not submit a candidate without procedure logs (for the last 12 months). Candidate must supply quality data from the past 12-months.
