Job description
The PSE Sales & Services / Distribution Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing various postal transactions, and managing the distribution of mail within a government-operated postal facility. This role supports the operational efficiency of the postal services through effective communication and meticulous handling of mail and parcels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer service orientation.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic mathematical proficiency for handling transactions.Familiarity with postal service regulations and procedures.Ability to operate standard office and postal equipment.
