RN – Outpatient-Competency

• Salary Range : $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experience
• Location : Loveland, CO
• Status : Full-time
• Hours : 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.
