We are seeking a growth-minded Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon to join our renown team of 7 MD and 4 OD at South Jersey Eye Physicians. We have 3 state-of-the-art offices in Moorestown, NJ, Columbus, NJ and Medford, NJ. Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care. • Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.
• We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections.
• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th%ile compensation
