Journeyman Plumber

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and Repair Plumbing Problems : Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, pipes, drains

Install New Plumbing Fixtures : Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing systems, including water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing fixtures.

Customer Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners, explaining problems, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

System Inspections and Maintenance : Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential plumbing issues and provide solutions before they become major problems.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and follow-up recommendations.

Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and codes to ensure safe and compliant plumbing services.

Qualifications :

KY Journeyman Plumbing License

2+ years experience as a Plumbing Service Technician (residential experience preferred)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
