• 24 hour shifts
• Average daily census of 20 babies
• Level III NICU facility
• HFOV, HFJV high frequency ventilation and nitric oxide available
• NRP certification required
• Ongoing coverage
• Private room NICU
• No cardiac surgery or ECMO
