Job Summary :
The Aerospace Supply Chain Quality Director is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Parker Aerospace supply chain. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a Zero Defect culture at suppliers. The director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize processes, reduce defects, and enhance supplier quality performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement and maintain the Aerospace Quality Management System (QMS) across the supply chain.
In coordination with Aerospace divisions, establish and manage supplier quality programs, including audits, assessments, and performance evaluations.
Lead initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency at key suppliers.
Develop and implement metrics to identify quality risk at suppliers and deliver supplier quality scorecards
In coordination with divisions, lead investigations of supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Capture best practices and implement across AAG creating a uniform experience for supply base
Mentor Aerospace supplier quality assurance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California, New York, Washington. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $153,052-$210,456-$267,860.
