Key Responsibilities Complete pre-registrations by verifying insurance information and validating referrals and prior authorizations Provide price estimates for healthcare services and secure financial resources Communicate and resolve pre-service authorization denials with referring providers Required Qualifications, Training, and Education One (1) year of post high school business or college course work preferred National Association of Healthcare Access Management Certification preferred Minimum one (1) year experience in a customer service role preferred Medical Terminology proficiency by exam and one year of relevant experience or education Graduate of a health vocational program or AA Degree with six months healthcare experience
