Lead daily tactical import entry process and import initiatives across Interiors Client Sites, ensuring full Customs compliance and managing US Customs inquires and data requests.
Drive collection of import data and analysis for monthly Dashboard metrics.
Perform import Declaration auditing.
Oversee refund tracking and updating various tools to optimize duty recovery
Assist Import team and Import Manager on projects, tactical activities, strategic activities, and other import activities, as needed.
Remain up to date on current Global Trade Related Geopolitical events, Such as Section Tariffs, and Anti-dumping & Countervailing Duties.
Requirements :
This position requires a bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience.
In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
Ability to learn and utilize many different application tools (SAP / GTS, SharePoint, Office 365, Smartsheet, Access, Web based tools, etc.)
Licensed Customs Broker

Experience with Client current trade compliance related processes (classifications, authorizations, logging, compliant transfer modes, record keeping, etc.) and Client specific GT related systems (GTS, OCR, MKDenial, xClass, TEXPORT) is a plus.
